But my love for chocolate is not necessarily the best thing for my waistline. I have been really working to eat healthier and feed my body foods that are good, but also filling and nutritious and nourishing. BUT, that doesn&#8217;t mean that you can&#8217;t have a treat every now and then!<\/p>\n<p>One of the things I&#8217;ve had fun doing in the past few months is playing around with different healthy dessert recipes. I love chocolate pudding and chocolate ice cream (who doesn&#8217;t?!)&#8230; and so I wanted to try a healthy paleo chocolate pudding recipe. I found a few in some paleo cookbooks and blogs and I ended up combining a few recipes to come up with this one!\u00a0<em>Take an ingredient out here, add an ingredient in there, etc.\u00a0<\/em>And this paleo chocolate pudding has now become a household favorite. You would never know that this is made with <em>avocados<\/em>!! I mean, for real?! Your kids, your spouse, your grandma will never know that this is actually healthy. It&#8217;s loaded with healthy fats, no added sugar, and it&#8217;s also high in antioxidants and vitamins and minerals. Dip some fruit in it and you&#8217;ll be cookin&#8217; with peanut oil. But not actually cooking with peanut oil, because peanut oil is not an ingredient in this. It&#8217;s just a phrase. It&#8217;s a saying. You know what I mean.
